Our founder, Retired Police Officer Rock Wagner, brings 30 years of Law Enforcement knowledge, training and expertise gathered from two different police agencies (county sheriff and city police) located in two of the largest, most active California counties, Los Angeles County and Orange County. His countless, successful contacts and experiences with elders, caregivers and their families, during both tours of duty, caused him to want to help those who struggle with the overwhelming issues of caregiving. In addition, Rock's personal experiences and challenges with his own elderly parents and his siblings motivated him to create this program to bring solutions to those who manage the caregiving for an elder or disabled person.
We Will Provide Solutions That Make Caregiving More Manageable
The complex, caregiving challenges or adversities that families must manage, which we refer to as Aspects, are critical issues that need priority attention. Our service can start with an initial free consultation to provide basic information about caregiving management. The next step is a more comprehensive assessment to help identify those Aspects and the associated gaps, challenges and opportunities within your current Caregiving Plan. We will examine your entire current plan including any adverse Aspect of your plan, ranging from one Aspect to many, which may need upgrading. After the assessment, the CAP caregiving consultant Team will then prepare our plan for your new path towards success, improvement and progress. Our plan will include options, timelines and pricing with projected outcomes and results.
