CAREGIVERS ADVOCACY PARTNERS - caregiving consultant
Our founder, Retired Police Officer Rock Wagner, brings 30 years of Law Enforcement knowledge, training and expertise gathered from two different police agencies (county sheriff and city police) located in two of the largest, most active California counties, Los Angeles County and Orange County. His countless, successful contacts and experiences with elders, caregivers and their families, during both tours of duty, caused him to want to help those who struggle with the overwhelming issues of caregiving. In addition, Rock's personal experiences and challenges with his own elderly parents and his siblings motivated him to create this program to bring solutions to those who manage the caregiving for an elder or disabled person.
The complex, caregiving challenges or adversities that families must manage, which we refer to as Aspects, are critical issues that need priority attention. Our service can start with an initial free consultation to provide basic information about caregiving management. The next step is a more comprehensive assessment to help identify those Aspects and the associated gaps, challenges and opportunities within your current Caregiving Plan. We will examine your entire current plan including any adverse Aspect of your plan, ranging from one Aspect to many, which may need upgrading. After the assessment, the CAP caregiving consultant Team will then prepare our plan for your new path towards success, improvement and progress. Our plan will include options, timelines and pricing with projected outcomes and results.
As you may have already experienced, Caregiving Aspects can cause hardships and challenges which can be extremely detrimental and can actually block or even end your Caregiving Plan. Have one or more of these adverse Aspects made their appearance within your current Caregiving Plan? These are some of the categories and entities that can be related to adverse Aspects: Social Services Agency, Police Agency, Sibling Rivalry, Banks, Attorneys, Medical Facilities, Finances, Estates, Contracts, Caregivers, Courts, City Agency, County Agency, Insurance Agency, or others. In addition, has a situation developed while you're doing the right thing within your current plan, where an entity like social services, financial, medical or police questioned your plan, your care documents, or your intentions? At CAP, we can provide real caregiving management solutions to correct these challenging Aspects to set your Caregiving Plan on the right path to success and progress.
We also specialize in assisting those who have been wrongly accused by an entity while involved in caregiving.
Have you or someone you know been wrongly accused, charged and/or arrested by any local agency or entity?
Are you still wondering what can be done on your behalf to correct the injustice that occurred?
Our caregiving consultant team will assess your adverse event to determine your next potential options.
